We are officially bringing back the route everyone raved about!

Mark your calendars for October 31st, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The race kicks off at 7:15 am, followed by games, giveaways, vendors, a costume contest, and lots of fun to enjoy with your furry four-legged friend!

The RescueMe 5k is a community awareness event that helps us raise funds to support our four community programs: Humane Education, Advocacy, Shelter to Service (Operation Sidekick), and Outreach.

The 5k committee is always a fun group to be a part of! What better way to make new friends and build meaningful connections than volunteering together for a cause that makes a difference in the lives of dogs and the people who love them?

The RescueMe 5k Vollies help with race-day logistics, building race teams, gathering in-kind donations, building excitement and awareness around the event, and connecting with our generous sponsors who make it possible.

It's time to get organized for the seventh annual RescueMe 5k! We need willing team members to help raise awareness and participation, as well as help with the behind-the-scenes logistics. Most communication is carried out via email with the team, however, we do usually meet in person about once a month as a team to stay on pace and work together.
